Steering Committee
Memphis Fast Forward is co-convened by Mayor Wharton, Mayor Luttrell and Memphis Tomorrow who have assembled a Steering Committee consisting of government, business and philanthropic leaders to guide and support the work. The Steering Committee role is to:
- Endorse the strategic plans and priorities of each of the five initiatives
- Advocate for policy and financial support for the programs and priorities of each of the five initiatives
- Monitor metrics and achievements of each initiative and call for course correction when appropriate
Memphis Tomorrow, Mayor Wharton and Mayor Luttrell provide the staff support to the Steering Committee.
